We are with RoRotel from more than 10 years now.We switched to RoRotel to save off our bills, but they have done so much more than that.They certainly do save us money over BT, but we also get more fuctionality and far better service than we got from BT. I still know, with BT it took minimum 40 minutes to reach to support if we got any problem with phone and with RoRotel they answer the call withen 60 seconds and resolved the querry within 30 minutes.
